On 7/11/2026 City of Hope Church hosted a Block Party at Jacksonville Housing Authority. It was a HUGE success! Thank you to all the volunteers that helped with this event. Our residents really do appreciate it.

Hiring Event in Little Rock
Families may be eligible to receive $120 in grocery benefits per child to help keep kids nourished all summer long 💪✨ This program made a big impact for Arkansas families last year, helping thousands of children stay fueled while school was out, and it’s returning to continue that support. JHA activated a purge to the waiting lists on APRIL 24, 2026 with a deadline of MAY 10, 2026.
If you are currently on the PUBLIC HOUSING or SECTION 8 waiting list you MUST go online to your Rent Cafe portal and complete the SAVE MY SPOT by the deadline date of MAY 10, 2026. If you do not do this, you will be removed from the waiting list and at the current time all waiting lists are closed.
We will not accept paper submissions. You MUST go online and do SAVE MY SPOT in order to remain on the wating list.
If you have any issues logging into your portal at www.myhousingportal.org please contact our office so that we can help you BEFORE the deadline date of MAY 10, 2026.

Distribution Guidelines
To ensure we can serve as many families as possible, please note the following rules:
Vehicle Limit: A maximum of two (2) boxes per vehicle.
Per Person: One (1) box per person present in the vehicle (e.g., 2 people = 2 boxes).
Presence Required: No pickups are allowed for others. Each recipient must be physically present in the vehicle to receive a food box.
Safety & Loading
For the safety of our volunteers and the efficiency of the line:
All boxes will be placed in the trunk only.
Please ensure your trunk is clear and accessible before you arrive.
